Brand New Shipping Container Complete DIY Roll Out Awning Kit
Shipping containers are an affordable solution for a range of purposes such as storage, workshops, spare rooms, sheds, container homes – the list is endless. They are weatherproof while ever the doors are closed, however, the moment you open the 2 big container doors you and your belongings are fully exposed to the weather. Our roll out awning is specifically designed for shipping containers. It mounts neatly just inside the container so the doors can still close as normal. Once you open the doors you simply wind out the awning.
Designed to be installed with ease by the average person (1-2 persons). Comes as a kit with installation instructions. Requires no special tools, no drilling, simply bolts to the 3 horizontal rods each side of the container just inside the doors.
The Frame:
Consists of 2 x Vertical legs which are made from extruded aluminium. They are light weight and easy to handle. They come already assembled and simply bolt to the built-in rods just inside the doors. These rods are standard on all shipping containers.
The Awning:
This is a conventional awning that you would normally see installed at cafes, shops, etc. It has been made to the exact size to fit our bespoke mounting legs.
